Michael McNamara

Michael McNamara was born and raised in Sacramento, California. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego and a retired US Marine who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Mac’s second career is as a broadcaster, writer, and producer. He was the recipient of the National Association of Broadcasters’ prestigious Marconi Award in 2007 as the nation’s “Small Market Personality of the Year.” He is the founder of the All Marine Radio podcast and The Post-Traumatic Winning Company.

In 2019, Mac began presenting his ideas on living a great life after traumatic events occur in life in a presentation entitled “Post-Traumatic Winning.”

Mac published his first book, entitled From Trauma to Joy,  in 2025. It is intended for adults and provides anyone who has experienced a traumatic event with a blueprint for living a great life. Mac is the father of four grown adults; both of his sons have served or are currently serving in the US Marine Corps, and his two daughters are professionals who reside in California.

Colleen McNamara

Colleen McNamara was born in Grand Forks, ND, and grew up there and in Southern California. She is currently pursuing a degree in nursing.

This is the first book Colleen has written.
