Michael McNamara

Michael McNamara was born and raised in Sacramento, California. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego and a retired US Marine who served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Mac’s second career is as a broadcaster, writer, and producer. He was the recipient of the National Association of Broadcasters’ prestigious Marconi Award in 2007 as the nation’s “Small Market Personality of the Year.” He is the founder of the All Marine Radio podcast and The Post-Traumatic Winning Company.

In 2019, Mac began presenting his ideas on living a great life after traumatic events occur in life in a presentation entitled “Post-Traumatic Winning.” Mac published his first book, From Trauma to Joy, available via Amazon, in 2025. It is intended for adults and provides anyone who has been through a traumatic event with a blueprint for living a great life. Mac is the father of four grown adults. Both of his sons have served or are currently serving as US Marines, and his two daughters are professionals who reside in California.

Colleen McNamara

Colleen McNamara is the youngest of four McNamara young and not-so-young adults. She was born in North Dakota and grew up there and in Southern California. She played volleyball, water polo, and swam in high school, earning more varsity letters than anybody else in her family.

She loves her friends, espresso, music, her truck, her social media accounts, and most of all her two puppies… Jack and Joe.

Colleen works full-time while also pursuing a degree in nursing.

This is the first book she has written.
